Hello Simon. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Unfortunately, the manufacturer of your hose won't have an update for us until Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and will be in touch with you on Monday to provide as much information as we can provide. Thank you for your patience. - The Wholesale Hoses Team

Responsive both to emails and phone calls, which is something that doesn’t always happen theses days. Very helpful, took the time to work with my application to find a suitable solution.

My 72" turned out to be 66". Can't get 2 36" pieces out of 66"!!!
Reply from Wholesale HosesNov 19, 2023
Hi John - A member of our team will be in touch first thing in the morning to get the situation rectified. It's possible that the hose needs to "relax" from the shipping (which can leave it compressed) but if it's simply cut wrong, we'll make it right ASAP.

Asked me before I received it. 😂😂😂
Reply from Wholesale HosesNov 17, 2023
Hi Keith. Well, thanks for the feedback. We use Trustpilot as our review-gathering company and unfortunately, they only give us 2 options for reviews. We can create a "product" review request or a "service" review request. The service review request is for folks to comment on our customer service. Some folks choose to comment on our team (if they ordered via phone) and some that order via the web will simply comment on that part of the ordering process. We are happy to say your order is on the way and according to the latest update from FedEx will arrive on Monday, November 20th. We appreciate all the feedback and thanks for ordering with us. We will do our best to earn your trust and satisfaction. - The Wholesale Hoses Team
