Hello Brandon, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We value your feedback. We understand your frustration with the hose you ordered. The Flex-Tube PU 4” ID x 100’ hose you ordered is a durable hose that can withstand some of the most abrasive debris. However, it is not applicable for all applications. Unfortunately, because you ordered online, we were unable to assess this and point you in the correct direction. When assessing customer’s needs, we utilize the acronym S.T.A.M.P (Size, Temperature, Application, Media, Pressure). In your case, knowing what the application is, the type of material or media going through your hose, and the pressure the hose needs to handle will allow us to provide you with the right hose. When you have time to do so please call us at (844) 217-8302 so we can find a solution for the issue you faced, or we will reach out tomorrow, to understand what you are using the hose for and to provide with a solution for the issue you faced with the hose you originally purchased. - The Wholesale Hoses Team

Dan was an excellent Sales Agent for your e-commerce business. Nice friendly informative conversation as he selected the correct hose, and looked up the proper State Sales Tax. Product arrived on my doorstep on time and unmolested. First time Customer, but most likely not the last time. Have a blessed day, Larry Huff

Good product, but it took about 3 weeks for the hose to get shipped, which was 2 weeks after I needed it. If you are ordering this, plan accordingly.

Hello Scott and thank you for your review. First, we are glad you are received your hose and that you find it to be of good quality. We understand your frustration in not getting the hose at the time you needed it. However, we do state on our website that there is a 2-3 week lead time. While most orders usually ship within a week, there are times when we experience issues with inventory and our manufacturers and unfortunately that happened in your case. We do apologize for not communicating this delay to you. We also hope that you will remain a valued Wholesale Hoses customer and will do our best to provide updates if any orders are delayed. - The Wholesale Hoses Team

I was able to buy 30+ feet of 10 inch suction hose for my DR Leaf Vac at a fraction of what it would have cost buying directly from DR. Used it twice so far with my tow behind leaf vac this fall and no issues or holes from sticks and acorns. Shipping was fast and arrived as expected. I will definitely buy from wholesale hoses again. Thanks, Dave
