The wigs I ordered arrived very timely and in excellent condition. They were brand new, not tried on or worn. I didn't like the colors I ordered. I was able to return them easily for a full refund. It is really hard to get some things right when ordering online. Their prices are great and I will definately order wigs from them again. I just will be more careful as I don't want to put them in the position of having to take wigs back.
