Phenomenal experience. Fast shipping, beautiful product. Color not right for me, but easy, inexpensive return. Money back to my credit card, not store credit like Chiquel, who were very slow to ship, and made my return difficult. I had to cancel a Wigs.com order, too, bc I had to leave town unexpectedly. That was very easy, with a same day refund. Just started with wigs, and I will never do business with anyone other than Wigs.com. I also love their wig color photos. Makes selection so much easier.
