The wig is great, but the tiny cap was left out. I called and it was sent immediately!

Love Wigs.com..my return was processed flawlessly. I normally do not return d/t time constraints. I was happy how easy it was..use their return.label is cheapest way.

When a company tracks you down to make things right with you after a bad experience, THAT's a company I WILL do business with again, and again. Got a surprise call from wigs.com which really turned the tables, changing, well, everything- including my mind. I thought "I'm just one person, I doubt they even noticed or cared"... but they DID. We had a pleasant conversation about the entire transaction and went over every complaint I had until I was satisfied, AND refunded me the extra amount that I was unhappy about paying. My order was under $150, so granted, it's not a whopping huge amount, but in this case, it really IS "the thought that counts". I was absolutely stunned that a "big company" like wigs.com would go to such lengths to make "just one person" have a better experience. This was above and beyond the call of duty, and I salute the brave soul who picked up the phone and called a very disgruntled customer to make things right. Brava, brava, brava! So while I may not purchase those particular wigs again.. honestly? I would not hesitate to order from wigs.com again.

The color is different from the other Jon Renau topper I have that is the same color. Does not match my hair.
