Loved my purchase, price was great, and shipping was right on time.

I bought the Radiant Beauty Gabor synthetic, lace front wig. In my few years of experience with lace front wigs, I have NEVER received a brand new one where the lace is already cut away. The fibers look quite messy and scattered as well so my guess is I received a used wig. I spent over $200 and expected to receive quality for the price, not a wig that was returned by someone else and put back on the shelf without inspection. I am quite disappointed. Wig hunting is hard enough as it is and who knows where this wig has been before I received it! It's Lysol time....

Brilliant,,,, great service. Only one week to arrive in Western Australia...i’ve Waited longer for postage within my own country.. the wig was everything I had hoped for. Great colour, and style. I wouldn’t hesitate in buying another. My reason for wanting a wig was my disappointment in finding a hairdresser to colour my hair without the need for toner. Also my hair was getting shorter and shorter and costing me a fortune. With wigs.com, I have my chosen style, and colour, and no need to sit through another expensive and disappointing salon appointment.

I spent three months on a different wig site, examining the colors, styles in different lighting, and bought a wig .It was extremely sparse, and the fibers felt rough and the colors were nothing even close to what I saw online....I am a Cosmetologist (retired) and I have had wigs for years. Now I need lighter base color and highlights. I returned it and bought a different one. I spoke to the business on the phone a few times and the person did not know one thing about the "Levels" in colors....#1 is black, and # 12 is platinum and browns/reds/golds in between.....It isn't rocket science and a WIG Company should at least know what I am asking for. The next one was NO DIFFERENT than the first one, in the level of color, and was NOT a large cap size!! I returned it and actually bought another one in a dark color, which turned out to be only slightly darker!!! I was finished with them, and discouraged. So....after spending too too much time on my hair, I typed in "Wigs" and was brought to this site, saw what I wanted, watched the video, chose one and it is PERFECT. The color is just dark enough, has very light highlights in front, and lowlights throughout!!!! It is a large cap, fits perfectly, and doesn't even need to be trimmed, as I like a full, "Messy" look. If I knew how to, I would send a photo, but my laptop and I are not close friends, yet. THANK YOU!! I will be buying another, in a different style, soon!

The return was disappointing, as they did not refund me the sales tax I paid. I did not even take the wig out of the box, as I could see immediately the color was not what I hoped for. So I sent it back in perfect condition according to the directions I was given. So, here's the thing...I had to pay shipping both ways AND apparently sales tax - those three charges added up to almost $50. That was very sad to me. The wig DID arrive in a speedy manner and the website WAS helpful. Thank you!
