It has been nearly 10 days for a simple resolution, and no one will help me. I get pushed and pushed and brushed off and brushed off, and it's completely ridiculous. I have screenshots. I have a full Transcript if anyone with any interest in seeing, if maybe I can actually get helped that'd be awesome, but 11 days and you're still holding my $300.

SCAM Signed up for their welcome bonus. Deposited funds and never received the welcome bonus. Reached out to support and was told my account was banned from any bonuses due to multiple accounts when I have never once played here. All while they show multiple bonuses I can decide in my deposit screen. They will show you bonuses you will never receive. Games also played terrible for the small bit I did play. Will stick to other websites that don't mislead and scam players.
