Wild Idea Buffalo is unlike any other meat company. We began with a vision of actually improving the eco-system of the Great Plains. Our buffalo are raised on the wide open spaces of South Dakota where they eat only the native grasses beneath their feet. They spend their whole lives roaming freely on thousands of acres, and never see a feedlot or slaughterhouse. The result is better lives for the bison, the restoration of over 100,000 acres of the prairie, and sweet, delicious red meat that is actually good for you. Not such a wild idea after all!

The items I ordered where great and arrived on time however the greeting/gift message that was enclosed was for someone else. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for a friend and the message was to someone else for a birthday

The buffalo tenderloin was a delicious Christmas addition! Tender and full of flavor. Worth the cost. It also cooked beautifully. Thank you. Cynthia

We were very happy to send out Buffalo roasts to several family members. The process was very easy, and they all arrived in great condition, frozen rock hard. Besides the delicious meat, it was a gift we are planning to do again.

During the last year I have rarely eaten beef, just buffalo and fish. Wild Idea buffalo is well packaged and of excellent quality and if you follow the cooking instructions you will be eating like a King! Cooking buffalo is different than beef so you need to pay attention because there so little fat. Wild Idea customer is excellent. I have always gotten a response from a shipping inquiry and cooking information. Can't say enuf good things about Wild Idea.

Once again my son and hie wife are enjoying your wonderful products! My ordering experience was made easier after I called you and spoke to a lovely young woman on the phone. She helped me change the rec'ing address as I had messed it up online and she sent me a second email confirmation which was much appreciated! Thank you! Good job! Happy Holidays!

This review is sent to me but addressed to my gift recipients. They received "best dad " message with incorrect gift. I hope that best dad enjoys a Merry Christmas with Deborah and Steve's bison selections. Oddly, my credit card was charged for the order I intended. So many errors in one order. Goodness gracious.
