Amazing early delivery in time for my anniversary. Added a free gift. Still curious on the number inscribed on the free gift because I can’t give to my wife without explanation

Wrong size and delivery was late

Hello, James We are sorry that you are not satisfied with this ring. Because our rings are hand-made, it takes a long time to make. Thank you for your patience. Checking the order details, you ordered a size 7 ring. The ring you received should be a size 7. Is it too big or too small for you? Could you please tell us the actual size you need? So that we can solve it for you specifically.

My fiancé and I picked our wedding bands to match my engagement ring from WillWork! We are over the MOON with how beautiful they are and the high quality. They came very quickly and were incredibly responsive. Would recommend to anyone!

I wish I would’ve understood when I ordered it, that it was not gonna be there until after Christmas

We are sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience. Our jewelry is handmade and custom-made, so it takes a long time to make. Of course, we also have the option of expedited orders for customers who are short of time. It would be better if you could tell us that it was needed by Christmas then we would arrange it for you. Hope you can understand.
