WilsonartReviews of wilsonart.com

We have been promised delivery 3 x and are still waiting on worktops , the last time we spoke over the phone and was promised delivery today , but nothing has arrived!! Do not use this company , this is appalling service , we spent nearly 2k on worktops a month ago and am still delivery , with half a kitchen !!!

Wish I had read reviews of the company before spending £500+ per worktop. The sealing instructions state use wax. The wax has stained it yellow and even with bleach it will not come out. So now regardless of what is on the worktop it stains. Do not use Zenith worktops, what a waste of money and I was excited to have a new kitchen. Atrocious company and appalling customer service. Sasha just said "We are unable to provide recommendations " when I asked for help.

First of all Yasmin at Wilsonart could not have been more helpful. However, when you are told delivery will either be morning or afternoon and if you're not in, there's a £50 charge, but you receive your text the night before telling you its going to be between 6-9pm ! This is not acceptable! The driver has now confirmed he will be here at 9.30pm!! Katem Logistics ...absolutely disgusting time especially when its dark and you need to check your product isnt damaged! Wilsonart need to review who they use for delivery!

Wilsonart is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Weeks go by without any response to voicemails and emails, even with repeated follow ups. No communication. The people that work there don't seem to know anything about the products. Freight deliveries turn up unexpectedly without any warning that the item has even been received in their warehouse. I will turn down any project that specs Wilsonart in the future just to avoid having to deal with the shocking incompetence.

Wilsonart Alloy splashbacks are a con! Yes, they can go directly behind a gas hob but, in the small print after sale, you need to have a glass splashback on top for times when you use a saucepan without a lid. So pay more for the splashback in the first place and then have to fork out extra for a glass one. Stick with non-alloy - more choice and cheaper!

I ordered worktops through Homebase, and called the supplier Wilsonart on the agreed delivery day only to be told that it was out of stock. We had the builders ready to receive and install that day. They do answer the phone straight away but the person who answers can only ever say "I don't know what happened, I'm really sorry". How can they continue to operate like this? I hope us reviewers on here are the minority.

Ordered through b&q, can’t tell you what they are like as they never actually arrived. Drivers faked my delivery signature as they couldn’t be bothered to turn up. Tried to re deliver several days later even though I’d cancelled. Then said I had to wait for them to find the worktops and wait for them to come back before a refund. I didn’t want to deal with fraudsters. They are giving b&q a bad name. Not sure why they continue to be business partners, I wouldn’t. I don’t normally write bad reviews, this is the first. They are awful and dishonest so felt I had to.

Ordered splashbacks via BnQ. Because of this I didn't think to check Wilsonarts reviews as I thought BnQ wouldn't work with, not so great companies. I was wrong. I had multiple emails from three different "companies" it seems Wilsonart is the owner of these other sites. The main one was ShoreLaminates. They told me my delivery was arriving on Thursday 30th April and so we changed our plans for the bank holiday weekend to sit in and wait. It didn't arrive so I emailed them and they got back to me on Friday saying they'd been delivered on Wednesday 29th? I asked for confirmation/photo proof and they responded that afternoon just saying... They've now been delivered. They hadn't. I informed them this again. On Tuesday 5th May someone a little nicer emailed me with the proof of delivery. They'd delivered to a pub in our village. Clearly not our house. I told them this and she apoligised and said she'd send out replacement splashbacks for Friday 8th. Thankfully we got in touch with the pub and managed to get our splashbacks as today, the 7th we received our replacements... it's just the adhesive that's been delivered? Honestly it's so frustrating to go through when you think you're ordering from a reliable website like BnQ. I will be leaving a review on their website too as this company just don't seem to care.
