Great customer service!
I haven’t received the window I ordered yet (probably four more weeks) but just want to say how nice both Sandra and Matt were with helping me make sure I got the exact measurements and all the other details of my order just as they need to be. Great customer service is rare these days and speaking to both Matt and Sandra was a refreshing experience! I’m looking forward to receiving the window, installing it, and ordering more as I work on remodeling my cottage. Thank you! Dana Teboe

Order placing
After placing order, I got a phone call to verify all details and make sure the change from last set of windows were correct. Remembered me from a few years back. Company is always friendly and windows are great.

Came in fast
Came in fast, and the window is in good shape. Some deep scratches on the inside of vinyl so it has to be painted. Beside that it looks good but not going to be in stalled for four weeks and then we will know if it's working right
