I am a homeowner in the coastal bend of Texas and I feel the need to share my experience with others. I don't normally take the time to complete reviews, but this service is amazing. I ordered a new window and the staff was available for all of my questions. Most notable is that when I call the number, I get an actual person who can give actual advice on my measurements before I commit to the order. So helpful! This is the way online shopping should be. I was looking for an online window store that could quote a custom window and price it - without talking to a salesman. I'm making plans to replace a bunch of windows in my home and needed exact costs for my budget. I ran all the windows and got the prices I was looking for at WindowEstore.com. Next I decided to buy a sample to see if they were nice, before buying a boatload. I bought an all vinyl with high efficiency glass double casement. Derek called me and confirmed "rough or finished" dimensions and told me the schedule for delivery (two weeks). It shipped to a building material store near me at no freight cost. I installed it myself (should have been a two man job as it is heavy). I trimmed it with Cellular PVC trim outside (from Home Depot) and caulked with 100% silicone. It's very pretty from the outside, well sealed and zero maintenance. The window seals seems very tight and operate easily. The screens seem to be high quality, and I like the way they insert. I would buy this window again and recommend it to friends. Five out of five stars is deserved. I have pictures of my project if you would like to post them.

Order process was super easy, when they called me to verify the order and sizes- they were very friendly and helpful. Windows were made quickly and delivered on time. They are great quality and a fantastic value. I only wish I wouldn’t have purchased the cheap “box store” windows for a few other windows- they had a few the correct size. These are so much better!
