My order 49487, according to the tracking number, never left their Oak Grove location. I have made 3 written and three phone requests for assistance. I never got any response period. They immediately collected payment.

Scam. Sold me a disposable vape that was leaking and would not respond to my several emails.

Does general vape process the payment? I can see the money deducted from my account but not processed on the website it says general vape not windy.. now I'm unsure of the matter am I out 43 bucks or am I going to receive my items.. oh boy.. I don't even know general vape.

This company is unprofessional! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Do not buy from here, my product came broken, and when I reached out on their 'Contact Us' form, they never responded. Supposedly they have a return policy, but is been two weeks and no contact back. I will NEVER buy from these charlatans again!

First time customer. Made a small order 3-5 days ago. My order just arrived today and I have zero complaints. Must add, the product I received I could not find in my area and stores refused to do a little extra work to find the product. Very very happy with WindyCityCBD

had to write a review because idk what all the other ones are on about lmfao ordered monday and got this sh!t on wednesday hella fast shipping, first time trying THCA or anything delta related so i’m hella hyped.

Customer service terrible. Left over 10+ emails and submissions. They charged my card but my order was never placed.

The ONLY thing Windy does well is ships fast. Zero customer service. Zero phone number. Fake addresses. Seems their shop is based out of Florida. All shipping is done in Chicago. Package arrived with contents all over the box. No response from Windy in a week. Have sent 4 emails. Don't make the same mistake we all did. STAY AWAY FROM WINDY
