Let me start by saying I've never had an issue with windy city. They're a great company, but I don't smoke a lot, but I do get a 5 pound bag so that I'm not spending a lot of money on a 1 pound bag and So at this time , I got through two thirds of a turkish silver ohm and the rest was dust. Try calling. The company pushed one and got extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional, gentlemen that suggested to me instead of ordering 5 pound bag that I just need to go ahead and order 1 pound bags. So now i'm going to think about using a different company than because ohm is it international brand so I would say, think how you talk to your customers.I've been with city for more than 2 years now.Great products , great company p*** for customer service

Regarding your order, it is unfortunately outside our 30-day return and claim window, which limits our ability to process a replacement or formal claim. However, based on your feedback, we have gone ahead and shared this issue with the manufacturer for further review. As for the suggestion of 1 lb bags, it was intended to help avoid the compression that can sometimes occur in larger 5 lb bags, which may lead to more tobacco dust over time due to the weight. We do apologize if this recommendation or the way it was communicated came across poorly. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will be addressing the concerns around customer service internally to ensure a better experience moving forward.
