Everything was great but I upload my submission and then wait for days seeing the proyect in “revision” I did not understood why, later I recived and email asking to keep editing my submission and then I open the proyects and see the notes, but didn’t have any notification about it during the days, also was my first time in the plataform and didn’t know how is working. The payment what’s fast and have good communication with the team.

It's been a month since customer service contacted me and I still haven't received the bonus I deserved. The winnings that disappeared were over $60 USD. - My promotional bonus was deleted! When my bonus reached the withdrawal standard, the official directly removed the bonus I should have received. I asked for help through email, but received no reply. I have been in arrears for several months. Still haven't received any amount that should be paid to me. I even sent 3 emails and used social media to contact them, but still no news. I thought they were going to tell me to send the mail again, but that's ridiculous to me.

Wirestock is a big scam platform! They pay you a fraction of the money they get and when you delete content form their platform they keep using it and selling it without authorization!!!!!! NEVER USE THIS PLATFORM! 1. After claiming the deletion of the footage for over than 120, we get always the same answer: it's on the way and it can take time. (do you really thing it's normal nowadays to take over 120 days do delete 30 files? NO) 2. After making an international complain trough a lawyer in San Diego California, and asking personally POND5 to remove the files, the files were deleted after 24 hours and we get a response from POND5 service team. In conclusion, whatever Wirestock is saying to refer to their terms of service, it's just obvious that the have taken 0 action to delete the files, and that by simply asking directly POND5 we got the problem solved. So never use WIRESTOK. If you want a serious platform: POND5 is the one to go.

Hi Pedro, please note that the deletions may take some time as the process is usually completed by each agency. This is mentioned in our Terms of Service and we were in touch with you and gave you this information. The earnings generated from sales on the agencies are 85% for the contributor/creator and 15% for Wirestock, and that is what you received on our Earnings in the Dashboard.
