Wirestock stays on the ball and grows - which is why something changes in the displays / operation. So I had to write to the support team and Ike answered all my questions patiently and in detail. It helped me a lot and I like Wirestock even more because of it. Keep up the good work!

Hi all! I want to share my experience with Wirestock so that you can have an idea of how things can become a nightmare with them and how they do not protect the artists who are their main source of profit. I opened an account at wirestock 1 or 2 years ago when I heard about them and wanted to try their system if it was worth it. And uploaded maybe a dozen of files to the system. I only got a few sales from their system. Few days ago (December 2023) I got an email from them which said my account was suspended because of some "suspicious activity". First I thougth it might be a scam and sent an e-mail to them using their support e-mail address which was on their website. And I started an email traffic. I should add that I didn't upload any files to their system for a long time and I even don't remember when I last logged in to their system. I am sure I am not the source of this "suspicious activity". They refused to give me any details about this "suspicious activity". They didn't even try to help me and solve this problem. What they did was just to request a photo of my ID card to investigate further. First I did not give it to them because all my trust to them was gone. Then I sent it just to be able to log in to the website and delete all my files from their system. But after submitting my ID they said they decided to close the case and my account would not be recovered. And when I asked about my earnings on their system (which is only a few dollars and which is nothing to me) they said they reserve the right not to make any further payments! And they tie all of these to their "terms of service". And they decided to sit on my earnings. Just like that! Yes we sign terms when we sign up to any service but we are human and think a service which earns their profit by the hard works of artists should protect the artists' rights and be more "human" in the face of any negative issue. I am writing these to spread the word an warn people about how they handle things and how artists can loose their earnings on wirestock. I am grateful I didn't upload more than a few files to them and loose so much of my precious time and money and trust. They may just say there has been some "suspicious activity" and shut the doors to your face!

Hi Ersin, our Security and Safety processes are implemented in order to protect our creators and our platform. And that is what we do. The Terms should be taken seriously as they regulate the activity on our platform. High-risk fraudulent activity was detected from your account, and your access was restricted and you were informed. I started using Wirestock about a year ago and it has completely changed the way I approach art creation and monetization. As an AI art creator, the platform has opened doors for me that I never knew existed. Every day, I find myself using the Wirestock bot, which has proven to be one of the best tools in my creative arsenal. It's incredibly user-friendly and efficient. What truly sets Wirestock apart is its game-changing impact in the digital art world. It has made selling images on major marketplaces exciting and highly rewarding. I was amazed to learn about the million dollars in sales already achieved through Wirestock. This is a platform that not only empowers creators but also offers real financial opportunities. I'm thrilled to be part of this innovative community!

At first I didn't understand how the platform worked, but Ike stayed patient with me and helped me through it all. They offered an incredible upgrade - I really can't complain.

Crap instructions on what it really takes to make money with them. No refunds even on a 1 day use subscription. Then after their crap service they tried to ding my card for $179! Thank God the bank caught it! They are thieves plain and simple.

Hi Payton, we offer 5 challenge and marketplace submissions and 5 image generations for free for our creators to try the platform. The premium plans are not refundable, as mentioned in our Terms of Service. Our Support Team offered you assistance but it seemed you were not facing any issues. If you still need assistance, do not hesitate to contact us again.

This is a complete scam. Approvals are slow, 24/7 service does not exist and when you sign up for the premium plan nothing changes and it's impossible to cancel the account if you use google to sign up. All in all a terrible experience!

I've been a contributor to WireStock for a while now, and my experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy to upload and manage my submissions. Customer Service: The WireStock Support Team, particularly Ike, deserves special mention. They're incredibly responsive and go the extra mile to resolve any issues. Case in point, I had a minor glitch with my submission count last month, and they not only fixed it but also threw in 10 extra submission slots! Ease of Use: The interface is intuitive, and the submission process is streamlined, which is a big plus for someone who wants to focus more on creating art rather than navigating a complicated platform. Transparency: The platform offers a clear breakdown of earnings and performance metrics, so you always know where you stand. Conclusion: WireStock has proven to be a reliable and efficient platform for artists like me. The commitment to customer satisfaction and seamless user experience makes them stand out in the crowded marketplace. Highly recommended!
