I told about " they are not giving option to remove market places before they submitting to agencies" in my previous review. But they answered "about the steps to delete file from agency after submission", lol.

Con artists. Plane and simple. Setup an account and have been uploading regularly... Because I have under 85% approval, they have now stopped taking submissions. Guess they'll be keeping the 8 bucks I made in the months I had the account open. SCUMBAGS

Decided to join Wirestock for their advertised FREE service however, after 6 months, realised that you really only get what you pay for. I was sent an email few days ago saying that because my approval rating is 3% shy of their "new" standard implemented overnight, I would no longer be able to submit photos for the various marketplaces. Obviously, this can be resolved by paying for their service. What's frustrating is that the 10$ they already made of sales of my photos will never be paid to me because of their minimum 35$ pay out. I will never see a cent and I have no way of 1)improving my approval rating or 2) adding more photos to generate more sales. Again, without paying for their services, of course Seems like a classic bait and switch model to lure people and get photos on their servers that they can keep for years and years, even if you request to delete them (I tried). Also, for the +/- 10 submissions of photos I made, not a single one was reviewed in their advertised 10 business days, alot went months with no action taken on them.

One month and still no answer to support ticket from Wirestock.io The idea of their service is great: you send only pictures, then Wirestock does the work of keywording and uploading to stock marketplaces They also provide an online shop that seems very useful However, this was just the idea: in reality, nothing works They don't answer to pre-sales questions not even after 1 month delay They ask customers to write title and keywords for pictures, what's the point to use their service in this case? And the words they use on their website about their free service and premium service is not clear at all From excited to very very disappointed Hope a competitor will provide the same service, but for real

Just started I'm having trouble uploading any photos. Please tell me I don't have to pay the premium to just upload a photo.. it defeats the purpose of trying this I'd rather you take a small percentage of the sales of my work

I read that someone had a similar problem...fast reviewing with the first upload of photos, then more than 3 weeks for the next batch and still not reviewed, unless of course I upgrade. No good practice.

I have been enjoying using Wirestock for almost two years now and I am impressed with the platform services and the quick reliable response from the customer service team. I highly recommend using this amazing platform

Wirestock has changed its policies, until recently you had to wait a few days to have your photos rated, now it takes months unless you subscribe with an additional fee to pay in addition to the percentage of sales. Unfair business behavior. I had a contact with the Wirestock support. They rapidly solved the issue, showing a great attention to their customer.
