My internet service problem was not resolved and some interruption in service was experienced

Speed is incredibly slow. Connectivity is good.

I’ve never really had anything go wrong with my Wisper service. I’ve had one occasion when my service was interrupted and it was fixed the next day, but other than that Wisper is a good Internet Provider.

Whisper has always responded to any issues in a timely manner.

Consistency and speed of service have worsened after the recent management change. We have previously referred people to Whisper Internet, but no longer would do so. We pay for upgraded service and even if we turn off all other devices, can't often access basic streaming services. Worked great when our service was through Pixius.

Great help. Only wish they had 24 hour hotline not just voicemail.

Your speeds just aren’t fast enough. I experience a lot of buffering while trying to stream multiple things at once. I’ve called and tried to upgrade my package but unfortunately I have been told that this is the highest I can go. As soon as a better service provider somer along I will be switching. This is really my only option at the moment.

Dependable. Customer service is great, always there when you need them, which is not often.
