I moved to Moxie after a frustrating experience with another platform that was way too complicated to use. In a few hours I did set up in Moxie that took me days to do on the other platform. Not every step of the way went smoothly as a couple of the Moxie features were new ones with some bugs getting fixed but customer support at onboarding was excellent, super responsive, with more than one Moxie leader connecting with me to offer help or answer questions and immediately fixing the bugs on the new features that my onboarding surfaced. If I wanted to do lots of really high end customization and branding of my basic business contracts and invoices, Moxie might not be my first choice, but for someone who needs a highly practical, simple, functional, and intuitive white label professional services contracting platform, Moxie truly has just the right features and "amen!" it's easy to use and easy to get started and reasonably priced -- hopefully will stay that way.

Affordable alternative to services that market themselves to certain professions. Does all of the things the other services do (the ones that are needed and useful), if not more, at a fraction of the price. Even better pricing with a yearly subscription. Seems to be developed/based in Colorado, US. Helpful introductory/how-to emails after signing up. I’m happy to support a smaller developer that offers affordable useful service, at an affordable price, and beats the big corpos on design and functionality.

It's easy and intuitive to use. Really can't say much more than that right now and everything seems great.

Always a fast response from the Moxie team, and they are able to point me in the right direction when I need help. I love the new UI and it's much easier to use. A great tool!

Have tried nearly a dozen different CRMs and contact managers. They were ALL built for teams of people. As a solo operator, Moxie is the only software I have found that is dedicated to making sure a one-person show can run everything from A to Z in their business without mixing in more tools and subscriptions.
