The ticket buying experience for the SWA benefit concert is horrible!!!!! It sells out, getting on line is impossible, and then tickets are immediately available on the resale sights!!!!

wonderful union did fine.....But having to go back outside (TLA Philly) for a over an hour in line was nonsense. I have done quite a few VIP meet and greets with very large groups (this one was small). This pretty much ruined the whole experience. The security guy out front was an A#*H%&E. Not Wonder Unions problem. But added to the "Go back outside" and wait over an hour after you spent $200.00.... Not Cool!! The HU Band is incredible and sound check was a nice touch Say HI to Dove!

I bought the membership because it is supposed to give priority to buy tickets, but when I logged in to buy at the hour they said, the first 4 lines where already sold out because there was some agreement with travel agencies, which is really unfair

Very easy to order items. Several options for the payement ( credit card or PayPal). No problem with the shipping either. Got my items about 4/5 weeks after the order, (as announced ) , the necessary time from Sacramento to France I guess. So everything went alright. :)
