When you show the fireplace, it already has the oak mantle that I like. Only to find out it is discontinued, and I have to pay more for a junk white one for more. Please have your customer service rep reply by text or email because at times it was hard to understand.

We spoke with the company several times and they were always professional and helpful. The fireplace we purchased had (2) different heights listed for the unit and the pictures on the web site made it look much bigger than it is. The mantel is on 34 inches high and I wouldn't purchase it again due to that. The second height was listed at 50 inches which is what I thought I was getting.
