Order placed took longer than expected to receive. I had to contact the company to ask about my order. I received my order and found one of the watches has a loose hand, it wiggles. I debated on sending it back but not sure how long it would take to receive back if I do send it back.

I purchased the Hudson for my husband. It takes a long time to get here, but when I reached out to customer service it was explained they were custom. Customer service answered me within a day and by far the best service I have had in a long time! The watch is amazing! The only problem is the clasp keeps coming undone.

These items exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is spectacular. Can't wait to give them as gifts.

2 of the 3 watches were broken when I received them. 1 watch the minute hand is broken. The other one the band was not put on. Please advise to correct these issues. Thanks, would love to give these gift eventually. Thanks Sheri

The expected delivery date of my watch order was not received prior to Christmas, as promised. Otherwise, the watches are unique and beautiful.
