Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

Had a great time training with my dog! Loved the educational aspect of it and the approach. Wish the graphics were a little better tho.

Hello Jen! Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re really happy to hear you enjoyed training with your dog and appreciated the educational approach of the program. And thank you as well for the note about the graphics — feedback like this is super helpful, and we’ll definitely share it with our team as we continue improving the app 😊

My puppy is not advancing as quickly as I anticipated. I often forget to set training times.

Hi Ann! Thank you for your feedback — we really appreciate it. We’re sorry to hear your puppy isn’t progressing as quickly as expected, and that it can be easy to forget training times. This is very common, especially in the beginning, and every puppy learns at their own pace, so some may need a bit more time than others to fully pick up new skills. If you have any ideas on how we could improve the experience for you, feel free to contact us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) — we’re always happy to help.

I have a 4 month old Gordon Setter puppy whi is very playful. She has been in puppy training at Sit means Sit and has learned nothing. I just loaded the Woofz app and she is already making progress. It is so easy to use. I would recommend it to any first time puppy owner.

Hi Linda, thanks for the rating! We’re glad you’re enjoying Woofz, but it feels like we might be missing a little something to make it perfect for you. If you have a moment to share what would make it a "5-star" experience in your eyes, we’d love to hear it at [email protected].

The app is easy to use. It's more about training the human as u r training the puppy! So far so good!
