The subscription pricing, including the renewal terms, is always disclosed on the purchase screen before you confirm your subscription. We apologize if this information was unclear or if you felt misled. Regarding the issues with the app, we are aware that there have been some technical difficulties, and our team is actively working on resolving them to improve the user experience. We understand your disappointment, and we do offer refunds in some cases, but as per our Terms of Service, we’re unable to issue refunds after the subscription has been used or renewed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.  Thank you for your understanding, and we regret that your experience hasn’t been what you hoped for.

I want to assure you that Woofz is not a scam, and we truly regret that your experience has been so disappointing. All subscription details, including pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions, are clearly displayed on the purchase screen before payment is completed.  Unfortunately, as explained in our previous messages, we’re unable to refund the subsequent charge due to the limitations set by our Terms of Use. We did everything we could within those guidelines to support you. We understand how confusing and unfair this may feel, especially given the wording of your original message, and I’m genuinely sorry for the distress this caused. All relevant details and explanations have been shared with you via email, so you can review them at any time. Please know that we value transparency and never intend to mislead our users. If there’s anything else we can clarify for you or assist with within our capabilities, we’re here to help.
