Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

It seems directed towards a puppy, my dog is 11 and I’m just trying to correct some bad behavior

Hello Jody, Thank you for sharing your feedback! While many of our programs are designed with puppies in mind, Woofz also includes training tailored for adult and senior dogs, including exercises to help correct unwanted behaviors. You can explore these in the Explore tab, or reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to guide you to the most relevant programs for your 11-year-old pup 😊

Everything on this app can be learned through you tube for free there is no new information provided. I was so disappointed by the very basic information given. When I canceled auto renew it still charged me after my promotion and I can not get a refund because I can not reach anyone through email and the phone number is over seas. Do not download this app go to you tube or your local pet store they will have far more information and they won't keep charging you after your cancel. Update* I was able to get half of my money refunded, I was emailed shortly after this post. And quickly after each reply. I still stand by my description of the app.

Hello Jennifer, We’re sorry to hear the app didn’t meet your expectations and understand how disappointing this must have been. While some general tips can be found online, all Woofz content is developed by certified canine behavior experts to provide structured, reliable, and easy-to-follow training, not just generic information. Regarding your cancellation and billing concern, all subscription details and auto-renewal terms are shown clearly during the purchase process and in our Terms of Use (https://www.woofz.com/terms-of-use/). If you canceled and were still charged, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Woofz.Review". Our team will review your case, stop any further charges, and assist with a refund if applicable. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and thank you for giving us the chance to make things right.
