Let’s start with the basics – we love dogs. And this love is what forms the foundation of Woofz. It’s what informs every decision we make as a team and as a business. Without love, we’d never be able to build the world’s first dog training app that’s 100% dog-centric.

Lätt och enkel att följa instruktioner och bra app

This has been one of the most frustrating subscription experiences I’ve ever had. I signed up because your advertising mentioned a free trial and a money-back guarantee if I wasn’t happy. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. First, the training plan completely ignored the information I provided. I explained that my dog, Daisy, already knew many basic commands, yet the app started from “Day 1” as if I had just brought home an 8-week-old puppy. It was repetitive, boring and not personalised. Second, the billing has been unacceptable. Even after cancelling and contacting support several times, your system kept trying to charge my card for different amounts (US$39, US$35, US$23…). Every time I thought the issue was resolved, another payment attempt appeared. I no longer trust your billing system. Instead of feeling supported, I felt like I had to constantly monitor my bank account to make sure I wasn’t charged again. I would never recommend a service where cancelling a subscription turns into this much stress. Very disappointed

Hello Ella! We are very sorry about this unpleasant situation; we understand that unexpected charges can be concerning. We would like to clarify that all transactions are processed via secure payment systems and only occur after authorization at the time of purchase. Our team is always ready to check any charges or answer questions regarding your subscription. Please contact our support team at [email protected] so we can review your account and help resolve the issue. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience 💛

I’ve only just started training with Woofz with my 10 week old Newfoundland ! I’m finding it easy to use, however, instead of using the word “yes” , I have decided to use the word “good” ! Being in Australia, I personally think that it works better with Aussie lingo. I don’t suppose it matters what word you use , provided it’s positive !

Buyer Beware I have tried several times to cancel but all they send me in response to my cancellation emails is a message saying we got your message and our team is on it and will get back to you and they never do and they continue to charge your card. The app is very user friendly but it moves way slower than the average dog learns. There is no help or support as they promise. No one responds to your emails.

How do I know if I'm getting the free version versus the version that I paid for what I'm getting is somewhat of the free version that I received three years ago which was very good by the way now, it looks like a Candyland chart and I complete the tasks and move on.
