It's not working as expected
It's not working as expected, in education section, school or university, there is no option to select nor user can enter it so across all companies workday software so.

Powerful HR Tool With Room for UI Improvements
Workday is a robust platform for HR and payroll management, offering strong automation and reporting features. I especially appreciate its integration capabilities and how it centralizes employee data. However, the user interface feels clunky at times and the navigation could be more intuitive, especially for new users. Overall, it’s a great enterprise-level tool once you get the hang of it.
