Workflow MagicReviews of workflowmagic.co

We worked with Workflow Magic on a customized monday.com setup for our team. Ryn and Julian were helpful and patient as we worked through the details of our boards, forms and workflows. Some items took additional back-and-forth to finalize, but they were responsive to our questions and provided useful walkthroughs and training. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we appreciate their help getting the system in place.

Streamlined our new working process board, implemented an AI opportunity, and consistently supported our iterations as we finished out the build.

Max was so wonderful to work with and was always extremely prompt with replies and implementation. Working with Max has allowed us to streamline our internal processes which has saved us so much time in the long run. Very appreciative!

Max is nothing short of a magician! From beginning to end, Max delivered an experience that exceeded our expectations in ways we could never have imagined. His exceptional knowledge, professionalism, dedication, and ability to turn complex challenges into seamless solutions were truly remarkable. It is rare to encounter someone who not only delivers outstanding results but also makes the entire experience so positive and rewarding. We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received and genuinely excited to work with Max again on our next project: Inventory Management with QuickBooks and Monday.com integration. Max hasn't simply helped us complete a project; he has made us a better organization because of it. We couldn't be happier, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. An absolutely exceptional experience!

After signing on with Monday.com we made the right choice in asking Workflow Magic to assist us in getting up and running! The Team was fantastic and the process was well managed! In a short time, we were up and running with everything that we envisioned from Monday.com!

Julian and Ryn did an excellent job helping us get Monday.com setup for our business. They transformed our process and ideas into a practical system that fits the way our team works. Their guidance made learning the platform straightforward, and we now have a much clearer approach to managing our daily tasks. We’re grateful for their support and would gladly recommend their services to any business looking to improve its organization and productivity.

Mete was extremely fast and helpful. He's an expert in his field who understood our purpose and ideas behind it without having to receive the full context of things which can cause more confusion at times. All of his solutions were timely, and helpful. He's also very nice to work with :)

Having worked with several CRM platforms, I can confidently say that working with Julian and Ryn on our Monday.com implementation has been one of the best and most comprehensive experiences. While exploring Monday.com on my own was enjoyable, having experts who genuinely listened to our team's needs and translated them into a customized workflow made all the difference. Our goal was simple: to streamline our processes and create a system everyone could confidently use. New software can be intimidating, but Julian and Ryn made the transition seamless. They were patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and diligent in addressing every question and concern, often going above and beyond our expectations. What stood out most was their commitment to our long-term success. By the end of the project, our team felt confident and equipped to manage Monday.com independently. Julian and Ryn didn't just help us implement software; they helped us build a foundation for more efficient daily operations. We're truly grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the process. Highly recommended!
