I was working for a medical company as a call center supervisor for 3 years. Then layoffs and half my department were let go in May 2024. Id had seen your videos a lot, and updated my resume using chatgpt. Then applied to places. Then in a video you suggested flexjobs, so I signed up for it in June 2024. Landed level 2 call center agent job for a medical company. Lower role, but higher pay by $2, more PTO, and fully remote, and been working since September 2024.

The coaches were great. I had just moved to a new city, and picked up any job, them signed up for workhap because I loved Shos content. Unfortunately I lost that “meh” job in the middle of the program and they help support me find a job that was a better fit for me and it was a fantastic experience. Show kept me accountable and focused and consistent. It was great. Hearing other people go through same things and seeing what’s possible was half the value I’d say!

GHA turned things around for me, and I can't recommend it enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Before joining GHA, my job search was a struggle. I spent all of 2024 applying for jobs with no success, and I felt lost and frustrated. Once I became a part of GHA, everything began to change. It wasn't just about learning job search skills; I also had some serious self-discovery, understanding my mental blocks and what truly motivates me. GHA created a safe and open environment in which connecting with other people helped me learned that I wasn't the only one with the stress and weird thoughts that come with job hunting. Big shoutout to all the coaches! They were always positive and insightful, and helped me reframe my thinking.

I’ve been following Sho since I began my job search in July 2024. During that time, I incorporated advice through free content and social media interactions to go from no interviews to multiple interviews with Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft and Amazon. Sho’s advice is something I truly credit for helping me break the barrier from no response to laughing and connecting with my interviewers during the job search. As a result of my hard work informed by Sho’s expertise, I landed a job offer with a goal company at a significant compensation increase from my previous employer. I am extremely grateful to the team for helping me navigate a challenging job market.

The courses that Sho created are excellent! He gave us an inside look at how the recruiting process works, which helped me tremendously when interacting with recruiters. Sho's practical guides for interviewing, networking, and salary negotiations were not just helpful, but indispensable throughout my entire job search process. They provided step-by-step instructions on how to network via LinkedIn, craft follow-up emails to hiring managers, and negotiate job offers. The best part about GHA is the community of people. Finding a new job is a marathon, not a sprint, and having people around you in the same situation to learn from and support was what got me through the hard days. I am so thankful to the GHA coaches and other members for their help and support in getting me to my dream job, where I am making significantly more money than I was before.
