The LRAP is not a guarantee
Purchsed the LRAP as a stand-alone product and have been using it for about 2 months. My first concern is that the AI tool that generates it didn't quite understand my experience and provided an inflated write-up of my work history. Second, I've been posting regularly on LinkedIn for 2 two months, following the plan, and have had ZERO recruiter interactions. I get tons of views, connection requests and impressions, but no outreach. However, the whole process did make me think about LinkedIn differently, and get more involved in the content of the companies I follow.

Saxon, thank you for sharing this. I want to be clear about what you purchased, for you and for anyone reading. We offer two options. Our Premium membership includes unlimited coaching, our full job search training, and an LRAP. The standalone LRAP is a one-time purchase for people who only want the branding piece. You chose the standalone LRAP. The LRAP tells you what to post, how to comment, and how to position yourself so recruiters understand your value when they land on your profile. It doesn't replace a job search strategy. Recruiters and hiring managers need a reason to go look you up, and that reason comes from outreach: targeting specific employers, following them, and backchanneling into them to signal interest. Content without outreach is a billboard on an empty road. Premium members get that training and coaching. The one-time LRAP doesn't include it. Timing matters too. You're running an executive-level search, and the higher the salary, the longer it takes to land the role. Two months is early for any search at that level, especially in a market this competitive. You've posted consistently, and your post on how the Director of Operations role is changing pulled 17 comments. Study that one. LinkedIn doesn't reward views. It rewards engagement: comments, reshares and saves. Figure out what made people want to weigh in on that post, reply to every comment, and build your next posts the same way. If you want help adding the outreach side, reach out to our support team and we'll talk through next steps. JT
