Lili
Terrible salesperson, very hard to deal with all employees there, from receptionist to installer. The product was good and we are happy with our carpet but I would rather buy it somewhere else where they treat the costumer better.

My wife and I purchased remnant carpet as well as new carpet for two bedrooms. Our sales person, Chris, was helpful but after we left the store he didn't return my email question confirming the delivery date. Their policy for confirming install date involves you paying the remaining balance for the carpet and install. I was very unhappy with this policy. Luckly for me I used my credit card so if their had been a problem I would have been able to get my money back but everyone else should be aware. In the future I will look elsewhere. On the positive side the install went without a hitch, the installers were friendly and the carpet looks great.
