I just got a call from them this morning. I must have requested to join on LinkedIn and given them my contact details. After the interview, the lady progressed to payments - $199 for a 5year access and $299 for life time access....I became suspicious at that point and then the insistence on getting my card details immediately otherwise I will lose the admission to the organisation. I told the lady I was out of my office and I do not have my payment details with me. She pressed further for me to check my phone as most people have their card details on their phone, that nailed it for me....it comes with pressure and urgency, I don't believe anything authentic and valuable will come with such urgency ... I could smell the ingenuity. I told the lady to call me back around 12 when I am back in the office to make payment. She even offered to send me a payment link to make payment whilst we were on the phone but then I had to make the payment immediately....Now I googled them and found all these....Thank you very much...It is a GENUINE SCAM

I would give a zero if I could
I would give a zero if I could. They call me 3 to 5 times a day. Very high pressure. I keep blocking the numbers but its a new one each time and made to look like its in my area. The actual call is a pre-recorded ask and respond bot, not a real person.

Do not fall for this! They are a big scam! I received a call 3 days ago about benefits to eventually gain more connections,to be featured in a magazine? They sound so promising and legit, at first sounds like they will really help your professional journey.
After chatting with the agent, she offered 5 year and lifetime membership for some$$, and asking for my CC info right away and that they will send me welcome package. I know this was something OFF, as I see the urgency to get details. I made excuses and hung up. I looked up reviews and there I saw lots of people got scammed.BE AWARE...
JUST A WARNING TO NOT GIVE YOUR BANKING INFO OR CC INFO TO THIS PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE SCAM!!!

It’s very unfortunate because I don’t…
It’s very unfortunate because I don’t wanna leave any stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had with other women. I spoke with someone in July. They took $200 for their so-called one time fee and then I didn’t hear from anybody until September 1 which is today. So naturally when they called to ask about my email so they can do some print up and write up about my accomplishments and they come up with us with this draft that I’m able to then alter and put what I’m doing in. I asked about the first thing they were supposed to do which was give access to our pages or whatever they supposed to give access to when they first lied to you to get you to give them the $200 yesterday someone called on August 31 and was very nasty. I couldn’t ask any questions I was in the middle of something they didn’t wanna give me any time. She was very nasty and then on September 1 today the representative that called was extremely nasty and yeah so I would not recommend this to anyone. I don’t even believe that they are a real thing. I think they’re just a group of women that are taking money from people and promising them things that they’re not delivering on because when you take money from someone if they’re a platform like how they say when you take this money from people you don’t do things to make them upset you answer their questions. You don’t do things to make them feel unsafe. So this is to anyone thinking about you know joining them. Their reviews are horrible. I didn’t even wanna leave one star. They don’t deserve any stars at all, so I will be monitoring my bank account because I have seen other reviews about them still continuously taking money after they said it was a one time fee so my advice for anyone that reads this is once you do that if you were suckered in like one of us that have left reviews here for them as soon as you read these, call your bank let them know that a one time fee was drafted and asked them to keep a lookout for any other withdrawals or transactions coming from worldwide women’s association that is for the same amount or more because it is only supposed to be a one time fee. People are having issues with it Recurring thankfully I have not because I flagged it the very first time I did it after I came here. Something wasn’t right. I felt weird. I came right here and I wish I would’ve came here first to read the reviews before even talking to any of these venomous women.

High pressure, rude, nothing but a fancy sales pitch.
Unfortunately, my experience with the Worldwide Women’s Association was very disappointing.
I believe I had inquired at some point and later received a phone call inviting me to an on-the-spot interview. During the interview, I was told I was immediately accepted as an excellent candidate and mentor for their platform. At first, everything seemed professional and legitimate.
The conversation quickly shifted to purchasing a “lifetime” membership, and I was asked to provide my credit card information over the phone. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable giving my credit card number over the phone. They said that wasn’t a problem and offered to send me a payment link instead.
Looking back, I truly believe the good Lord was looking out for me because, somehow, at that moment I couldn’t access my email. As a result, I wasn’t able to complete the payment. They then sent the payment link to my other email instead.
While waiting for the email, I asked Emma a few follow-up questions, hoping she would reiterate exactly what the “lifetime membership” included. Her response was, “I already told you.” There was an attitude with no further explanation or willingness to answer my questions. Just regurgitated to simple facts. That response immediately raised concerns for me.
After confirming that I had received the payment link, I told the representative that I wanted to discuss the expense with my business partner before making a financial commitment.
That is when the interaction completely changed. The representative became rude, dismissive, interruptive, and impatient simply because I wanted to make a thoughtful business decision before spending my money.
As a woman in business, I found this especially disappointing. A professional organization that claims to support, empower, and honor women should respect someone for taking the time to make a wise financial decision—not make them feel pressured or belittled for doing so. If an organization truly values women, it should encourage discernment, not punish it.
Based on my experience, I chose not to move forward. I encourage others to do their research, ask questions, trust their instincts, and never feel pressured into making an immediate financial commitment.
What initially seemed like an exciting opportunity ultimately felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine effort to recognize and support women in business. I’m grateful I listened to both my instincts and God’s clear intervention.
While the organization may be a legitimate business, my experience left me feeling that the primary goal was selling an expensive membership rather than honoring or empowering women.

Dodged a bullet here
Dodged a bullet here. Thank God I checked this site (and others) before signing up. Ridiculous and a huge SCAM. Wanted my credit card over the phone - and thank goodness because that raised a red flag. The interview seemed legit, but played with my ego and used AI to paraphrase what I was saying. That was creepy - but the need for my credit card before hanging up (or sending me a link to get my credit card) was the real tip off. STAY AWAY

Fraudulent Association - Avoid At All Costs
UPDATE: My account/profile with WWA was confirmed by "Kelli T." to be deleted. I confirmed this by attempting to log in. I did request that they delete my PII and payment information in accordance with PCI DSS/SOC 2 Type II standards (or whatever cyber security framework they use). I outlined what this looked like and requested proof within five business days, which would have been July 24th, 2026. They failed to respond to this request.
I can't say if this means that they employ no compliance frameworks as described above, need more time to comply with the request (today is six business days), or if this is suggestive of nefarious business practices, as numerous Reddit threads from former employees strongly suggest.
One of the scariest things on that Reddit thread? The numerous and repeat comments about open Teams chats with CC numbers and people's info. That is a major violation of GLBA/GLBA Safeguards Rule and other laws/regulatory frameworks including PCI DSS (which they are required to implement since they handle CC data), FTC Act §5 (Unfair or Deceptive Practices), NY General Business Law §899‑BB (Data Security Requirements), NY SHIELD Act and NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation (23 NYCRR 500).
Bottom line: don't go anywhere near this organization.
I signed up for this membership in March of 2025 after someone reached out to me via LinkedIn. It seemed legit but shame on me for not doing my due diligence.
I was "upgraded" to a "discounted" lifetime membership for $199, with a $50 discount for using a MasterCard. But then, a month later, there was this (which, admittedly, I agreed to, though I never saw the "Press Release"): "...Please note for your records the total amount of $299 for your purchase of the Multimedia Press Release has been billed to your account ending in XXXX...". This was not disclosed until after I agreed to it. That press release, as of 07/11/26, does not appear on their members-only access, nor have I ever seen it.
In July of 2025, I received an undisclosed and unauthorized charge: "...In regards to your account, please note that the $459.99 USD payment for the annual 2025 Featured Member Listing made through your membership subscription and billed to your account...". I disputed the charge, requested that they cancel my membership and delete my profile and payment information (as well as issuing a refund). I was told this: "...there will be no future payments for life. We have went ahead and expunged your billing details from our system and you will not be responsible for any dues or fees moving forward..."
Today, July 11th, 2026, I discovered a charge just shy of $250, and that my account is very much active. I have disputed the charge, filed a complaint with the BBB, and am submitting this complaint/review here.
The next step will be to file a complaint with both the FTC and CFPB.
This organization does not allow you to remove your photograph, job and title details, delete your profile, or (more importantly), view or edit any payment details.
This is extremely shady.
DO NOT work with this organization, ever.
Zero stars, do not recommend.
