Your website is too unforgiving. Screens timeout much too quickly

Thank you for the feedback, we'll look further into where and why you could be experiencing a timeout issue.

When I got the chair there was a document in the box that stated the chair was not for outdoor use and the warranty was invalid if it was used outdoors. This was not indicated on the description on the web site. I also found it to be less sturdy than I expected.

These band chairs are designed for indoor performance spaces. They could be used outdoors on a solid platform surface, but should never be left or stored outdoors. You can contact customer service if you'd like to discuss a return at [email protected]. We will add this information to the product on our website.

Delivery took longer than expected and we made it work but what was delivered is not what we thought we were ordering - having trouble finding wide cork (>2.5") display rails that match our old bestrite styles already on our walls

We're sorry that the tack rails you currently have may not be available anymore. We do have some tackboards that are 11.75" wide, but they do not have the roller system below for tackless display. Search for #MOR10036 on our website if interested.

William Minor was great! I was having issues with the website not working and he hooked me up. In addition, he was very patient with me when our CC didn't go thru the first time (my fault). Thanks William!

The advertised item I ordered was discontinued. Once the PO was issued, they contacted me to offer a similar (more expensive) product at a discount. As I moved to proceed, I realized they also tripled the shipping cost fromf $50 something to $180 something.

We apologize that the item you originally wanted was no longer available. The alternate item is packaged differently and ships at an increased freight rate. Your order was cancelled as requested. Please let us know if we can help you any further.
