It looks like your Marks subscription was started through the Apple App Store on August 25, 2026, and see a cancellation request submitted on August 29, 2026. Because our free trial offer is currently available only when signing up directly on our website, we can see how that distinction would be confusing! Because Apple manages all subscriptions and billing handled through their App Store, cancellations and refund requests must be processed directly through your Apple ID account. Via your BBB complaint, we weren't able to recover an account associated with the email address [email protected], however your first and last name is associated with an account connected to the email [email protected]. We've canceled and refunded this subscription. It was created during a free trial, which is 7 lookups, or 7 days, whichever comes first. The date it was initiated was 03/20/2026, and activated on 03/27/2026, after the 7 day trial was executed. We've canceled and refunded the account.
