Amazing customer services. I was having an issue with my License key and I spoke to Loren. Within minutes, the issues was diagnosed, corrected, and we I was quickly able to get back to building the glossary for our upcoming training and FAQ's for our sales presentation. Very excited! Thank you Loren! The plugins are amazing too! I have the WP developer All Access Pass and I highly recommend it!

This company always has fake sales on their website, I brought this up with support and they swore it's not (it is). Their support is non existent. Their plugin barely works, and has many completely broken blocks, support ignores the issue.

They added 2FA to the log in process. The app was barely useful anyways and it was slowing down my website. Good riddance.

This company is an absolute fraud and bait and switch. Never do business with them, they will talk circles around your issues and just say oh sorry, yeah we said unlimited but we really didn't mean it.
