Hi Anoniem, We’ve reviewed your support tickets to better understand the situation. Your WPForms Elite subscription has been cancelled successfully and will not renew next year. We’ve shared your feedback on the cancellation process with our team for future improvements. Just so you know, your payment has been refunded and should be processed within 5-10 business days. When a refund is processed, the subscription is automatically cancelled, so no manual steps are needed. Hoping to get an opportunity to serve you again to redeem your trust. Please let us know if you have any questions or additional feedback. Best regards, WPForms Team
