WPFormsReviews of wpforms.com

Fantastic customer service. I signed up because I had an issue that I thought was not solvable, but their reps stayed with me until the issue was solved. Highly recommended.

We manage 37 WordPress sites on a dedicated server and ran into what we thought was an IP block on the WPForms API. Amjad from support responded quickly, asked the right diagnostic questions, and pointed us to the exact issue — our test was missing required parameters, not an actual block. License validated perfectly once we used the correct API call. WPForms Elite is worth every penny — the plugin is solid across all our client sites and the support team actually understands the technical side. As a managed IT company handling dozens of installs, that matters. Thanks Amjad! — Joe Kinsley, Captain Obvious / Obvious Labs

We had an issue using WPForms. Turned out, it was a theme problem. Thanks to the WPForms support team advises we managed to solve the issue in a very short time.

Team is very responsive to customer queries

WPForms is a great plugin for our WordPress site. I'm not a coder but am able to create great forms for collecting data and payments for our little swim and racquet club. WPForms support is always quickly responsive and never condescending to a tech-dummy like me. We highly recommend!!!!

Great experience with support team at WP Forms. Helped me with a syncing issue re: Lite and Paid. Courteous, prompt and thorough. Andreya

Love the software! Super easy to use, customisable and visually appealing. I’ve only had to interact with the support team once and they responded surprisingly quickly (within the hour) and helped me resolve an issue after having to migrate my website. Thanks WP Forms

The support team is very prompt and any issues I had with install were fixed. I would recommend this plugin for anyone who needs contact forms, data collection, etc.
