Communication could be better and the app has a few bugs but for the most part it’s pretty stellar.

It was effortless driving for wrapify. It was easy to make an appointment to get my vehicle wrap added and removed. I wish the driving boundaries were wider as I drove in many major cities in the state often, but that drive time didn't count. I also think there should be bonuses for driving during prime or peak hours of the day i.e. morning and evenings rush

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're thrilled to hear you found the process effortless. Regarding driving boundaries, campaign zones are set by our clients to reach specific target audiences, but we appreciate your input and will continue to explore ways to optimize the experience for drivers. The idea of peak hour bonuses is a great suggestion—thank you for sharing! Safe driving, and we appreciate you being part of Wrapify.

I did have some issues with the app not tracking my car correctly but when I contacted customer service they were always helpful and resolved any issues quickly. Any time I had questions and needed to contact them they are always able to answer my questions the same day or the following day.

Having a wrap on my vehicle was a good experience. Got alot of looks, and questions on how I got my car wrapped and how to go about getting their car wrapped. Customer service was sometimes slow getting back to me and vague as to when my wrap would be coming off. Overall, it was good.

Pro: The opportunity to make additional money with the Swarms. Con: Make sure you watch the App to ensure you are getting all miles calculated

I got my wrap put on several months ago. My experience overall has been pretty great, and it's nice to get paid a little extra to drive. The only complaint is that the app doesn't always track your mileage and that the app always has to be open while driving. So, if you forget to open the app when you enter the zone, you don't get paid for those miles. However, I will say that I've had one very helpful customer service rep and she always fixes my pay, without issue. You cannot call, you can only message. So, I'm grateful she responds so quickly! I have been approached a few times by people thinking that I am the company that is on the wrap. But, I really don't mind that and it was expected when I got it put on, a long with the staring! Lol overall it's worth it.
