Great customer service and staff, we installed the cabinet but still adjusting and leveling the doors. I wish wren would offer a package deal to remove old kitchens and installing the wren kitchen. The price to install the kitchen was very high. So we chose to get a contractor to remove old kitchen and install wren's. Wren is a new company in the US, our contractor took extra time to figure out their system.

We also appreciate your suggestion about offering a package deal for removing old kitchens and installing a new Wren kitchen. We will certainly take that into consideration as we continue to refine our services. My order number is 10293029. First and foremost the product is wonderful. My kitchen looks absolutely stunning. It was an uphill battle with customer service to try and get there. I was missing a piece of my install which no one knew what the part was that I was referring to causing my install to be delayed and costing me money to pay for another installation day. Countertops had to be recut due to improper cut. Customer service needs to be more informed of product and issue.
