I ordered from Cyprus couple of things from their website. When I tracked the order is showing that the parcel didn’t meet Australia post requirements. I talked with them by live chat and they recommended to call the Australia post and find out what the problem is which definitely is their responsibility because they made the package and sent it. Very disappointed. I

Although I think that they might work based on the principle of how silicone scar sheets are effective, it is impossible to know with the Wrinkle Schminkles patches as they stop sticking after 3-4 uses. I've cleaned and stored the patches as directed and washed my face before use. I'm not sure where they get the 15-20 uses figure from on all their branding. I opted for this brand due to its marketing on reusability, hence how I justified their (expensive) price point. It is out and out FALSE ADVERTISING. Don't waste your money.

A waste of money (as a 50 year old woman). I have been trying their forehead patches for the last few weeks and they make no difference at all. Whilst they are comfortable to wear overnight, I honestly cannot see any improvement or change the next morning (even a short-lived one!) or after several uses. It is also fiddly to get the backing card out of the packet, so I truly wouldn't bother.

I bought several products and got free eye masks. The eye masks were not sticky, so useless. Five emails later and various photos sent to Customer Service and this is still not resolved. The actual rest of the products work really well but with such awful Customer Service, they have lost my business

The patches work well but only for the first use after that they do not stick anymore. This is not value for money if each of them cost around £20. Over marketing with no substance and advertising that they last up to 15 uses is extremely inaccurate and misleading to consumers. I made a complaint about it and never heard back.

The forehead patch didn’t stick around the edges and made my forehead sweat so the moisture loosened the patch. I stuck it back on the paper and tried to use it again but it didn’t stick at all so Inonlyngot one use not 20 as advertised. I bought some other patches but won’t be using them. Don’t waste your money.

They work 3 times max rather than 20 times as claimed. I complained and said I wanted a refund twice. I just kept getting emails saying ‘have I tried cleaning them’ and then they stopped engaging. Save your money and don’t bother.
