Hi there, thank you for your feedback. During your call with Mark, you were told that our process is very collaborative. From looking at your old resume, I can see that we did need you to tell us quite a bit about your achievements at your positions because there were none listed on your resume. Our price point is reflective of the collaboration we need from our clients. We don't know what your story is if you don't tell us. As for your LinkedIn profile, it is against LI's terms of service to let anyone else access your account. We are not willing to risk your ability to access your LinkedIn profile by completing it for you. We apologize, but 90% of recruiters and hiring authorities use LI to find their next hire and we want to make sure you are able to take advantage of that. It's just not worth the risk to your profile. Other companies may do it for you, but it is absolutely against TOS and eventually they will be caught and their client may lose their account. Please remember that our services are 100% GUARANTEED - if you follow our Resume/LinkedIn advice and our job search guidelines and you don't get interviews or interest from Recruiters within 90 days, we will refund your money.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Our format is designed not only to be easily read by hiring authorities, but also to pass through the hundreds of different ATS algorithms that 75% of all resumes do not. While we understand that this may come across as 'robotic', it is done for good reason. Your portfolio is where you can let your creativity shine! Good luck on your job hunt!
