We had trouble sticking it to the wall at first. The instruction says "the smoother applies the top and bottom left corners" but it was easy to apply the top left and top right corners at first. Overall, our boss loves this product.

This a nice and great idea! But every now and then you get a wrinkle in the whiteboard from the manufacturer. Make sure you check it before you apply it. Once it is up its up and you can not smooth those imperfections out. Other than that its a good product.

I would have given Writeyboard 5 stars unfortunately when I received my 2 Pocket Writeyboards, the pens included with the boards did not work. However, I was thrilled to have found the company website as well as the item since my local store did not carry it. Additionally, the customer service rep was very pleasant and knowledgeable and the turnaround time was exceptionable.

Customer Service is outstanding. Had some reusable boards that lost their stick, returned them for a different product. Writeyboards do a great job for our trainers!!

The marker I received in my sample packet didn't work, but otherwise the rest seems pretty great! It was a pink neon pen, no worries, your products are great!

Hey Deanna - I had sent out samples to you of all of our materials free of charge. Since you got both black and white finishes, I would've included both a black and a neon marker. Which marker wasn't working? I have yet to come across a marker that didn't work when putting sample orders together. Thanks for your input!

The order was incorrect, however Jared was punctual and prompt in addressing my concerns. If not for the great staff I’d return the product. The order issue is the only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars.

First of all everything went very well, pretty nice CS Agent, quick an precise answer, very appreciated. After some mail exchange, you agreed to send us some sample (paint + vinyl sample), that was on March 31st. A week ago I realized that our cie was mooving in our new facilities and I've never heard back about those sample! Quick mail to Mary, oups, something went wrong on your side an no one knows why the sample never left? No biggie, she offered right away to send me a new set of sample (except that you dont send Paint sample anymore...) That was the main part I was looking for since we have > 10 Conf room/office wall that we wanted to cover. So that's the only thing that's stopping me for giving you a 5* rating! I could understand that now you've stopped sending Paint sample, but when I first asked for sample (3 months ago), there were no problem (and since the shipping problem was on your side, I thought that you could still send us that Paint sample!) Anyway, I'll still wait for those vinyl sample and see if we take a bet with ordering that famous Paint Writeyboard! Thanks
