I am very pleased with both the products I received, as well as the customer service. I ordered the hip and joint support for my 12 1/2-year-old. I also ordered the salmon oil just to give it a shot. When I first ordered my products, I waited about a month, and I had not yet received. I reached out to customer service, and they immediately saw the product was delivered to the wrong address and promptly sent out a new shipment. I received that and started it right away. Of course I doubled the dose as it originally suggests when starting the new product. Within the first day my senior pup started showing signs of energy. I didn’t think too much of it because I just started it, but now not quite a week in and he has shown marked improvement, not only in his mobility, but his energy levels, and his coat is so shiny and soft. I’m not sure if I can contribute it to the joint supplements or the salmon oil or the combination of the two, so I went out to my subscription and also added the salmon oil. While doing this, I noticed Wuffes offers a military discount. Since I am the surviving spouse of a 24 year veteran, I thought I would reach out to customer service again since they were so helpful before. Promptly I was contacted by Veronica who was extremely helpful in advising the information I needed to provide and as soon as I provided it, she immediately put the discount on my future orders. We are in the age of online ordering and honestly, I don’t typically like it very much because I feel people are not personable or professional anymore; however, Wuffes has shown me they take not only their products but their customer service very seriously. I am extremely pleased with the products, and the support that I have received, and give Wuffes hands down five stars.

We have a 14 yo schaunzer & he was having real problems with walking & could not go down steps, or walk very well , he has been taking the joint chews & he is like a puppy again

I wanted to share how much your product has impacted our dog. He is a big sweet senior with arthritis. He was having trouble jumping up in the bed, playing, and enjoying daily life. We are in our second month of Wuffes. He can jump on the bed with ease! He is playful and pounces on toys. His whole quality of life has improved! I am believer and tell everyone about your product.

I needed a credit on my latest recurring order. It was so easy to email for the request and it was handled within hours. Aldahir was very friendly and efficient. Wuffes has been wonderful for my 10 year old poodle/dachshund with arthritis.
