The auto refill is way too expensive, I'm not reordering them again, unless i get the lowest price. I feel that your reordering system is a ripp off. My credit card is now locked.

My dog is showing an improvement from the first jar I've received two more jars for her, she will be on this for as long as she lives.I was trying all kinds of medicine for her, this is the only one that has helped my girl and she loves ❤️ it

They work ok but not $50 a month worth of just ok. The biggest issue is don’t subscribe unless you are in for life. It takes 3 tries and 20 steps in each try to get them to agree to cancel your subscription.

I wanted to believe in this product, but however, my dog does not like it. If my dog doesn't like it, I can't give it to him so knowing that the company has a supposed 90 day warranty. I tried to get a full refund back but the 90 day refund only works supposedly in their words. If you use the product for 90 days and if you're not satisfied, you can get a refund well. I've only used the product a handful of times trying repeatedly from my dog to try it. It's nowhere near 90 days but they will not give me a full refund. So that is why I am writing a bad review. Because to me, that is false advertisement. This is the company's response to me rules, I want it was a full refund back. Hi James, Thank you for following up with us. Our guarantee is designed for customers who have used the product consistently for the full 90-day period, allowing the ingredients to build up in the dog's system. Because the product was not used for the required 90 days, the order does not qualify for a full refund under the terms of the guarantee. However, because your dog is having trouble eating the chews and we want to help find a fair middle ground, we can offer a 50% refund on your order as a courtesy, and your subscription will remain fully canceled. If your dog physically cannot eat the product through no fault of your own you should not be penalized for not completing 90 days of use. Terri, we are sorry your pup is being stubborn! Before giving up have you tried hiding it in some peanut butter or wet food? And we also have a Joint Liquid that mixes straight into their food with barely any taste difference, much harder to detect. Product good business ethics bad. It seems to work okay, but the automatic subscription for monthly purchase is criminal and I haven't been able to reach anyone to cancel it other than through email like this. I have been charged an additional $210 since my initial purchase, and it needs to stop immediately.
