I placed an order on September 29th 2024. August 2025 and my order has never left the “in production” part of their tracker. I called several times and asked for a refund since my order has never even been made and last i called they said refund would take 5-10 business days. This was months ago and no refund was issued.

Your order was for a 2002 vehicle model, which presented unique challenges in production. From the start, we communicated that this would take longer than usual because of the age of the vehicle and the precision required. Throughout this process, our team has remained in consistent contact with you via calls and emails to provide updates and discuss options. We also offered a refund, but you requested that we continue with production. As agreed, your mats are still in progress and will be completed no later than this month. Delays of this nature are rare, but when they happen, they are due to the complexity of ensuring the mats are crafted accurately, not from neglect. Great company and the results of my X mats and my truck mat is awesome however it was a delay on.my trunk mat which came 4 months later due to their screw up however im pleased with all my mats now

I ordered mats few times and XMATS are the best, my couple friends ordered from XMATS and I compared to mines I ordered with different company before and huge difference in quality and fitting and I’m going to place an order now for my Lincoln Navigator 2025. Floor mats and trunk cover as well. Highly Recommend this brand to everyone!

If i could give them negative stars I would. This company messed up my floor mats back in Nov of 2024. I brought this to their attention and sent them the pics and videos they requested. They admitted their mistake and said they would correct it right away. Now 7 months later still dealing with the same bs of oh we are working on it. They are a scam. The quality of their stuff is garbage and their customer service is terrible. Do not buy anything from them. I have mats in my garage that don't fit my Genesis GV80 and they refuse to do anything about it. I said at this point refund my money and then they give me the song and dance that they are going to send me new mats. But in reality they are just running a con. BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT GARBAGE THEN BUY HERE
