Bought the $30 mystery box, says I could get a shirt or a hoodie or some pants and was really excited for atleast a hoodie or pants but got a shirt instead which is totally fine but was given a shirt with a black girl holding a rifle with blood and her shirt saying black Nepo baby??? I can't refund it because it says no refund.. $30 for a shirt I can't wear.

Edit because I think I didn't leave a fair review before My skin was extremely sensitive that day and I had no idea so I just assumed the shirt was made extremely cheap, however since trying it on a different day I can safely say that the quality is great. I do think that getting a 40$ item in the mystery box that was 30$ is a bit sad but they did list it in the description. Now wearing this a second time and my skin not being extremely sensitive I can say that this piece is worth it and I do really like the design on this shirt. I definitely should've waited a bit to write the first review but I figured I'd at least update it now. Also the reason I thought it was see through is when I held it up to the light I could see my hand through it however that was on an extremely bright day and I don't have that problem now

Hi, we’re sorry that you were disappointed with your mystery box. We do want to clarify that we do not manufacture or advertise our garments as being made from low-quality synthetic fabric. If the product is listed as **100% cotton**, then the garment is made from 100% cotton. Cotton can vary in texture, weight, washing, and finish, so the fabric may feel different from other cotton shirts you own, but it is not polyester or acrylic. Regarding your claim that the shirt is see-through, you are the first customer who has reported this issue to us. This is not something we have commonly experienced with this product, so we would appreciate it if you contacted our support team with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. That will allow us to inspect the specific item you received and determine whether there was a manufacturing defect. Regarding the sizing, many of our products follow Asian sizing. A garment labeled size L is sent to customers who selected a US size M because the measurements are equivalent. The label may say L, but it is intended to fit as the medium ordered. Our mystery box description also states that each box contains **one random item** valued between **$40 and $120**. This means that some customers may receive a T-shirt valued at $40, while others may receive a higher-value item. Bought the mystery box this time around (bout my 4th time buying) shipping got delayed but the owner was quick to share that. other than that the qualityt as usual was amazing. mystery box was also very affordable, shirt that came was true to the size I chose and is comfy to wear even just around the house
