I've been with xCloud for a few years now, and it's been an overwhelmingly fantastic experience. The UI is still a little confusing, but they are continuously improving both the user experience and the services they provide. To be perfectly honest, I'm writing this review after 3 very frustrating days trying to overcome a Cloudflare issue after moving one of my sites to a new server hosted directly by xCloud. The support staff was calm, focused, and professional while I almost lost my mind (I've been putting websites on the internet since there has been an internet). I'll be sticking with xCloud for the long term.

Great responsive support team. Ability solve problems quickly

I have contacted xCloud support on numerous occasions, and every experience has been positive. Their team responds promptly, communicates clearly, and takes the time to understand the issue. They have consistently provided practical, workable solutions or assisted me in resolving problems efficiently. It is reassuring to know that reliable support is available when needed.

The xCloud team went above and beyond to help me with my managed Wordpress hosting when I received a critical error message trying to edit a page within WP. Without them, I would have been completely dead in the water. Jack, Lucy, Linda & Zaldy are all great to deal with. Thank you so much xCloud team. This entire experience just reinforced that I picked the right hosting platform for my business' site to live on.

Wonder Platform, amazing support given even at free plan. Everytime quick response by the support.

I needed a new home for my Hermes agent team, and after having a less-than-ideal experience with another larger Hermes provider, I moved to xCloud. Onboarding was quick and efficient, and performance has been amazing. However, I feel you really understand a company's true nature when you need to contact its support team. I recently had to contact xCloud for an administrative support issue, and they were fast to respond and thought "outside the box" to help me. They went the extra mile and I can't say enough good things about them.

I really started off liking this company. A lot of shiny buttons and whistles but ones that don't work well. I have been in web dev, seo, marketing, etc for 25 yrs and used every host imaginable. xCloud has been the most frustrating by far. Here are the issues SO FAR: - ssl provisioning issues that required support fix - server did not provision and had to create another -cloudflare integration issues - mcp 500 error - our app encounters a 500 server error - 2fa setup is broken so we cannot access xcloud terminal Each time we go to do something, there is an issue that kills my team's workflow. It has cost us thousands of dollars. xCloud is obviously in beta and we should have been make aware of this from the get go. Worst hosting experience in 25 years in the biz.
