xCloudReviews of xcloud.host

I’ve been using xCloud Hosting for a while now, and I keep moving more of my sites over from my other hosts. The platform is quick, stable, and makes managing my WordPress sites a breeze. The one time I encountered an issue, the support team went above and beyond to get it resolved, making me even more confident in my choice. Overall, xCloud offers a solid hosting solution with great performance, an easy setup, and excellent customer support—all at a great price. Highly recommended for anyone managing WordPress sites!

I've been using xCloud for a while now, and I have to say, it’s an impressive service. One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility to set up your own environments. Whether you need specific server configurations or unique technologies, xCloud offers an extensive range of options to tailor your infrastructure to your exact needs. The portal is exceptionally modern and intuitive, making it easy to manage servers and websites without unnecessary hassle. Navigation is smooth, and the layout is clear, which really enhances the user experience. xCloud is also continually adding new features, and these aren’t just for show—they’re genuinely useful. It’s clear that they focus on what’s practical for users rather than just pushing out features that sound good in marketing. Support is another standout. Whenever I’ve had a question, the response has been both fast and effective, often within just a few minutes. It’s rare to find such prompt and reliable support these days. Lastly, the team at xCloud listens to user feedback. I’ve suggested ideas in the past, and it’s encouraging to know they’re taken seriously. Overall, xCloud is a fantastic choice for anyone who values control, reliability, and great support. Highly recommended!

Great hosting service with a support level that is next to none! Just amazing. My websites got faster since moving from cloudways/vultr to xCloud/hetzner.

I recently had an issue with my xCloud service, and I reached out to their customer support via chat. From the very beginning, I was impressed by how responsive and professional the support agent was. The entire interaction was smooth and efficient, and I felt like they were genuinely committed to resolving my problem. What stood out the most was how quickly they understood my issue. After I explained the problem, the support agent immediately reassured me that they could assist. They identified the root cause of the problem and helped me resolve it. In short, the xCloud chat support team was incredibly helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. They exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend using their chat service if you ever need assistance!

Having experienced some terrible support from a UK based web host (recently taken over by a global brand) I've moved some sites over to xCloud as a test. I've always been wary of hosting companies that only offer chat and no phone support, but I did have a glitch during migration and xCloud's support was fast, responsive, and fixed my issue quickly....far quicker than getting through to the so-called telephone support of my soon to be "old" hosting company.

I got a great early bird deal for xCloud and have been very happy with it ever since. It’s a fantastic platform, and the developers are continuously improving and expanding it. The support is also excellent—you never have to wait long for a response. Thumbs up!

Never thought I'd get excited about a hosting company, but here I am. xcloud.host has got me writing my first review ever. Remember that meme "fast as f... boy"? That's how I feel every time I load one of my sites now. It's almost comical how quick they are. What really gets me though is how they've taken the stress out of scaling. Used to break into a cold sweat thinking about traffic spikes. Now? I actually look forward to them. Crazy, right? Their support team is something else too. Had a late-night panic , and these folks talked me off the ledge like old friends. No script-reading robots here - just real people who know their stuff. they're doing their darndest to change the game, and it shows. # Bye Cloudways.

xCloud was very easy to set up. and their customer service is top notch. I got myself into a bit of confusion installing mutisite for the first time and Florence helped me out quickly and even sent me a video of how to switch from site to site. They answered all my questions quickly before purchase as well and answer chat within just a couple minutes.
