Worst experience online ordering in…
Worst experience online ordering in years. I first tried ordering about a month ago but the shipping was ridiculous for a couple O-Rings. So I tried calling over 20 times over a course of 2 weeks and their mailbox was full so you can’t leave a message. Finally getting through and talking to someone on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. He told me that I was right and the price was ridiculous so he was going to send me a quote and I still never received it. Over the weekend I received an email ad about their cyber weekend with free shipping. I went on to their website, ordered, put in the promo code. I check out and placed the order. Looking at the receipt, the promo code was on there but no free shipping. I right away emailed the company and told them to cancel the order if they can’t provide a reasonable shipping price. Once again never heard back from xtractor and they went ahead with the order charging me $45 in shipping for a couple oz. of o-rings that could of been Sent with Usps for under $4 in a priority envelope. I will try calling but am not expecting anyone to pick up.
