I just came back from a wonderful trip to Greece with my adult son, which we booked through Yampu tours. From beginning to end, Jose and his team made the experience feel so supported. They listen to where we were interested in going and helped us make all the plans the tour guides that they set up for us or so knowledgeable. But what really stood out for us was the Care given to us when my son became sick and we had to make some changes in our trip. First of all their local team in Greece sent a driver to take us to the hospital and waited with us until we were done. My son was diagnosed with Covid, which met I needed an extra hotel room and they were able to get it for us right away. We also had to move into another hotel because we were told by the doctor that we had to stay in the location we were at for three days and our original plan was to leave that same day to the next town. Maria, the local agent worked quickly to book us two rooms in another hotel, which was all inclusive. That made it so much easier for me to bring meals to my son and also not have to worry about finding places to eat three times a day! On the fourth day we were able to continue our plans which were to take a ferry from Crete to the island of Milo’s and finish out our trip as planned. I don’t know what I would’ve done without the help of the team. It would’ve been so much harder for me and I knew at every step of the way I was being watched over. What a great feeling. The hotels they chose were always in the perfect location, including a marvelous breakfast and good customer service. All in all we had a marvelous time! I highly recommend Yampu for any of your traveling needs! Thanks again to all who helped !

I went on an 11 day tour of Japan in September 2026. Yampu's itinerary was unique and varied, both in terms of activities and accommodations. The local guides were universally excellent. All aspects of the trip were well planned and executed. The communication with Yampu was clear, comprehensive, and fast. This is the first time I have used Yampu, and I will definitely use them again for future trips. They are professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend their services.

This is our third time using Yampu over the years. Every detail from planning to execution has always been professional and wonderfully done. They are great communicators, super helpful and generally want your trip to be the best experience ever. They are more than willing to accommodate whatever your travel style may be - luxury and upscale or simple and modest, and everything in between. The team at Yampu listened to what I wanted and expected this trip to be. They came up with an itinerary and asked for approval and any recommendations. They made great suggestions for lodgings, excursions and trip management. By the time we traveled they had all details finalized and ready for our arrival in each leg of the trip. The only hiccup we had during the trip was due to the effects of the government shutdown on air travel. Yampu responded quickly and efficiently to adapt to the change. We were left with absolutely no worries or concerns. Yampu supported any questions or concerns we had throughout our travels. We had wonderful accommodations (Patagonia Camp and El Puma Lodge especially), breathtaking excursions with amazing guides, and flawless transportation both in the air and on the ground. Absolutely no problems transiting from Chile to Argentina. Couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable experience. Kudos to Yampu for their courtesy, professionalism, attention to detail and adaptability. We've traveled with Yampu twice now and I look forward to their help with future trips. Highly recommended!

Very good proforma

Stephanie planned our trip to the Rockies and it was fabulous. Everything was so seamless. She picked the perfect accommodations and activities for our family and built in some downtime. Can’t wait for our next adventure!

Yampu Tours and Monica knocked it out of the park! My Wife and I had such a good time in Thailand it was a once in a lifetime trip for us. As for the hotels they chose we were very pleased, every place was unique and clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating. All of our guides were amazing and friendly and knowledgable. The speed boat trip to James Bond island and the elephants in chiang mai were hands down the best highlights of the whole trip. We really appreciate that Monica was able to work within our budget and I don’t think we could’ve had a better time.

I don't know where to begin. My parents took a Yampu trip to Peru 15 years ago and never stopped raving about it. My husband and I finally had the chance and we are so glad we did. Jose & his team were constantly available during the planning phase. Accommodated our requests gave up exactly what we were hoping for. Things I didn't expect during our trip was how VIP we were treated. There were upgrades in hotels that we didn't even know about, the guides and drivers were all delightful and excited to teach us. I had a strange request related to my career and the team was able to pull it off for me, even better than I had hoped for. Something I must say is that I have never taken a trip coordinated by a third party. I have traveled much through my life, and every other time my family planned the trips. There's something to be said about giving that work away and letting someone else deal with those headaches. Coordinating rides, calculating schedules, meals, figuring out which places are the most important to visit... Yampu shouldered all of that and I was MUCH less stressed before the trip. I definitely recommend Yampu, especially if you are going someplace super different and unfamiliar. Or if you are not a fan of coordinating lots of tiny details. Or if you want to feel like royalty while on your trip :)
